Short version: we collect only what you send us in the contact form, and we do not track you.

What we collect and why
Only what you fill into the contact form: your name, e-mail, phone number, subject and message. We use them for one thing only, namely to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not use them for newsletters and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you sent us yourself. If a contract follows, the basis becomes the performance of that contract.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that leads nowhere is deleted within a year. If we end up working together, we keep what the law requires us to keep for accounting.
Who else sees it
The enquiry is sent to us by e-mail, so it passes through our mail provider. Nobody else receives it. We do not transfer data outside the EU.
Cookies
This website has no analytics and no tracking scripts. We do not know who you are, where you came from or what you clicked. The only things stored in your browser are your own settings:
- luma_jazyk: the language you chose
- luma_tema: light or dark theme
- luma_cookies: the fact that you dismissed the cookie bar
- luma_konfiguracia: the quote you assembled in the price configurator, so it survives a page reload
None of them leaves your browser and none of them identifies you. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What you can ask us for
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask us to delete it, or object to the processing. Write to the e-mail above; we reply within a month. If you think we handled it badly, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
