Libra — the accounting office under one watch
Libra for accounting firms: client documents in one place, four-eyes approvals, payroll, accounting and controlling. Nothing leaves the office without approval.
Libra draft 1.0
The mark
The same grid of four tiles as the LUMA mark, with one difference: the third tile is split into two bars — the sign “=”. Libra is the scales: debits equal credits, the plan is weighed against actuals and nothing passes between client, office and authorities without a balanced decision.
What is Libra?
Libra is the oversight layer for an accounting firm that runs payroll, accounting and controlling for its clients. Clients send documents by e-mail, upload them in the client portal, send scans, bank statements or attendance data — everything lands in one place, kept separate for each client. Libra then guides every document along an approval workflow to your team: payroll, accounting and tax, and controlling. It approves nothing and books nothing by itself; people decide. It makes sure a second person checks every submission to the authorities and every output for a client, that clients’ data never gets mixed and that no deadline passes without a reminder. Where Claude AI helps, it works only inside the office and under the same oversight as people.
Platform
Clients and documents grow.
Chaos does not.
Clients send documents to Libra, and Libra guides them through approval to payroll, accounting and tax, and controlling. Above it works Claude AI — inside the office only. Click any part of the diagram.
Clients
The office’s clients and their documents
The companies the office runs payroll and accounting for. They send documents by e-mail or through the portal — invoices, scans, statements and attendance. Each client sees only its own company.
Libra
Oversight of the office draft 1.0
Captures the client’s document, checks it, starts a four-eyes approval, watches deadlines and alerts by e-mail or SMS. Nothing goes to the client or the authorities without approval.
Payroll
Payroll accountant
Receives every client’s complete input in time for the close. Payslips and payroll reports to insurers go out only after a second person has checked them.
Accounting and tax
Accountant
Only the client’s complete documents, matched to the payment and passed via Sigma into the accounting software. VAT returns and control statements are filed only after approval.
Controlling
Controlling for clients
Plan versus actuals for each client by cost centre and project, a warning when the budget is exceeded and reports for the client’s management with no manual assembly.
Claude AI
Watched by Libra office only
Reads documents and suggests the category and approver. It has no web access, sees only the clients assigned to the person it works for and never mixes their data.

What Libra guards
-
Approval workflows
Following the office’s and the client’s rules — by amount, document type or cost centre. Multi-step, with deputies when someone is away and a clear status for every document.
-
Four-eyes control
Whoever prepared an output cannot approve it themselves. Every submission to the tax office, social insurance or health insurers and every output for a client is checked by a second person.
-
Nothing leaves without approval
Payslips, VAT returns, control statements, payroll reports, financial statements and controlling reports are held by Libra until an authorised person approves them.
-
Separate clients and roles
In the portal a client sees only its own company, an accountant only the clients assigned to her, the office management everything. Different clients’ data is never mixed.

Who it works for
-
The office’s clients
They send documents by e-mail or upload them in the client portal — invoices, scans, bank statements and attendance. In the portal they see what has arrived and what is still missing.
-
Payroll
Attendance, holidays, sick leave and bonuses from every client, complete and on time before the payroll close. Payslips and reports to insurers go out only after a second check.
-
Accounting and tax
Only complete documents with attachments, matched to the payment. Libra watches each client’s VAT and control statement deadlines and releases a filing only after approval.
-
Controlling and office management
Plan versus actuals for each client by cost centre and project, with reports for its management. The office management sees on one screen what is waiting, on whom, for how long and which deadlines are near.

Claude AI under watch
-
Works inside the office
Extracts data from invoices, contracts and payroll input and suggests the category and approver. A person always decides, and the AI’s output goes out only after approval.
-
No web access
Search, websites and external services are not available to the AI. It works only with the documents and data of your office and its clients.
-
Never mixes clients
The AI has the same role as the person it works for: it sees only the clients assigned to them and their data. It never uses one client’s data for another.
-
Every query on record
You know what the AI did, with which data, for which client and for whom on the team. The trail cannot be edited afterwards.
Alerts
E-mail and SMS to whoever has to act — client or colleague.
- Client documents missing
- Attachment missing
- VAT deadline approaching
- Payroll close
- Awaiting approval
- Client budget exceeded
Libra watches every client’s deadlines — VAT, control statement, payroll close and levies — reminding the client which documents are still missing and the colleague what is waiting on them. On delay an SMS follows, then a message to the deputy, and the alert goes out only once the issue is resolved, not when it is opened.
Honestly, where it stands
Libra builds on parts of the family that already run: sign-in and roles, the Iris console and the Sigma integration. Claude AI runs through Anthropic’s business interface, and neither your office’s nor your clients’ data is used to train models. If you run an accounting firm and want to be among the first to use Libra, get in touch.
Libra and Sigma
Sigma connects Libra and Vera to the accounting software — an ERP such as SAP S/4HANA or SuperFaktúra. Approved client documents go into the books with no re-typing.
